| Hi Coach Craig,
I wanted to thank you for the triathlon swim clinic last Sunday. I swam for the first time after the clinic on Wednesday morning. I did 78 lengths. I thought that I must have counted wrong because that is over 30% further than I normally can swim in an hour. I swam again this morning for an hour and did 80 lengths. That is how far I was previously doing in an hour and a half. I even asked the lifeguard this morning to confirm that I had the correct pool length. I realize that I am still very slow but that is quite a change for me. I kept thinking about all the things that I was told on Sunday and tried to do them as best that I could.
I never would have thought that three hours of coaching could make such a difference.
